Chris’s style of training combines balance, strength, flexibility and cardiovascular activity.

His programs are about creating a framework and support system for people to improve their lives through physical, mental and nutritional activities. Healthy living is not just about getting someone to the gym to burn calories. It’s so much more. Chris want his clients to  develop their body and mind with purpose, to be fit and well for the lives they want to lead.

Chris has been working as a personal trainer, wellness coach and elite triathlete for at least 15 years and has been very involved in sport and fitness since he was a child.

Chris and his team love sharing their experience and knowledge with clients and get huge satisfaction from working with people.
