Why did you start personal training and wellness coaching?
I had never had a personal trainer before but wanted to make some changes to improve areas of my fitness
What changes do you feel that you’ve made?
Greater muscle definition and strength, increased running speed, better knowledge about strength training and learned exercises to help with running and cycling.
How do you feel now, compared to before you started your program?
Fitter and stronger
What sort of training have you been doing with Chris?
Weights training; upper and lower body, core, yoga, interval training, speed work
How many sessions do you do each week?
Do you train on your own sometimes? Or do you only do the sessions with Chris?

Running 20min on the treadmill at 15km/hr, keeping up the training

Fitter, stronger, more self-confident, achieved new personal bests e.g. half marathon time
