Week 1 – What do you need to do?
Before we start!
- Check you have your daily calorie limit from your mentor.
- Read through the Getting Started document so you understand how the program works.
- Look at the Sample Meal Plan and the Meal Building Ideas documents and decide how you are going to approach the program for the first week.
- Write a shopping list and make sure you have everything you need to get started.
- Clearing out your kitchen cupboard and fridge of anything that is not consistent with Month 1 (If you are living with others not following the program maybe just try and clear a shelf in the cupboard and fridge for your own use)
Once we start!
- Submit your CLS Kickstart Nutrition Check-in form. You will be emailed a reminder link every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- Stick to the meal plan you have decided on
- Drink water throughout the day
- Get plenty of sleep
- Join our group Facebook page and introduce yourself
- Remember we are doing this to look after ourselves not to deprive ourselves so have a great week 🙂
