Week 1

Week 1 โ€“ What do you need to do?

Before we start!

  • Check you have your daily calorie limit from your mentor.
  • Read through the Getting Started document so you understand how the program works.
  • Look at the Sample Meal Plan and the Meal Building Ideas documents and decide how you are going to approach the program for the first week.
  • Write a shopping list and make sure you have everything you need to get started.
  • Clearing out your kitchen cupboard and fridge of anything that is not consistent with Month 1 (If you are living with others not following the program maybe just try and clear a shelf in the cupboard and fridge for your own use)

Once we start!

  • Submit your CLS Kickstart Nutrition Check-in form. You will be emailed a reminder link every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
  • Stick to the meal plan you have decided on
  • Drink water throughout the day
  • Get plenty of sleep
  • Join the CLS Nutrition Facebook page and introduce yourself


  • Remember we are doing this to look after ourselves not to deprive ourselves so have a great week ๐Ÿ™‚
